it will be my long post for todae...finally i bought my lg ks360 already...i'm so happy but abit sianz also...cuz my malay colleauges also bought e same phone as me lor...but dey bought black colour de...tot there wont be pple took e same phone as me de...but now...haiz sianz...
fri went o bar wif xue lin...quite alot of pple going clubbing tat nitez...rite now alot of malay going o bar liao le...haiz...also abit sianz too...but overall still quite fun de lar...
den sat nite when to ono chalet at pasir ris costa sand...my shuai ge(rong lie) going also...haha...before we going to ono chalet...went to orchard to meet shuai ge(rong lie)...cuz he went there wif his fren to go town to buy christmas present...den after tat we go down to chalet wif him n kor(guo rong)...reached there abt 11plus like tat...whole day didnt slp on tat nitez n didnt eat much too lor...cuz its all fried wan de...i onli eat abit onli...den we waited till morning den went to eat mac breakfast...
didnt go for my frisbee match on sun...cuz i was super tired n gastric abit pain also...think cuz of nv eat much on tat day...and i also drank abit of alcahol...tats y might cause e pain ba...

todae is christmas eve...dunno where to go also...before tat dis dew days went to buy christmas present at town...all bought at last min wan de lor...cuz no time to buy...last monday went town alone after work to buy christmas present...super crowded lor on tat nite...yesterday also went to marina square wif bao zhen n tian zuo...watch ip man yesterday wif them...e show super nice lor...i wanna watch again!!!hee...e show start at 9.10pm...watch until 11plus like tat...den take cab back home...cuz if i dun take cab back home den it will be too late to wrap my present...yesterday wrap my present till 2plus lor...so tired...cuz dunno how to wrap e present so need to take some time to wrap my presents for my frenz...luckily my mum helping me to wrap some lor...if not i dunno wat time i will wrapped finish my present...thanks ar mummy!!!muackz!!!hee...

yesterday is yati's wedding n my frisbee match...both i didnt go...i'm so sorry tat both i didnt attend...cuz having a bad menses pain yesterday when i woke up...eat pain killer but it dont seen to reslove e pain...till abt 4plus like tat...
todae i also didnt go to work...cuz of e menses pain too...haiz...think sister going to scold me liao...kept taking mc...but also no choice not i wan de mah.."shuai jiao wo you gastric prob"
if i got no gastric prob i sure wont keep taking mc already...
en ning have gone to china dis morning wif his home u team mates liao..dey going hongkong n en ning going china for almost 2wks too...
dey r keat hong cup will be playing on 27 dec...juz nice when dey cuming back jiu can play already...but wasted final is not home u against rong da...is whye nam againist home u lor...sianz...not nice to watch wan...sure no challeging de lor...haiz...
thurs i'm not working...having gastric appt on thurs at 12.10pm...den after tat dunno can go where liao...cuz i wont be working dis thurs...hee...might going to town after tat...if i have nowhere to go...hmmm..gd idea ar...can buy e phone tat i wan...haha...maybe shun bian can go buy christmas present too...still got 2 wks to go den christmas jiu yao da le...so fast lor...den after new yr...haha...yeah!long weekend...woho...den jan tender my resign letter...haha...den tat time will be my super long weekend for me already...yeah!!!happy...haha...
say until christmas dunno whether dey wanna celebrate anot...deb(bi)said maybe will booked a bbq at nearby her hse den we celebrate there...its a gd idea ar...no need go town or club to "kuay" by "ah neh" n pple...lor...maybe after bbq session we can shun bian go lot 1 to catch movie lor...haha...gd idea ar...haha...clever me!

another post need to update again...hee...last thurs its my bad day for me lor...went to break wif sharon...was thinking of eating chili stuff de...ask one of my gd fren whether i can eat chili anot...he scolded me said cannot...if i eat he will kick my ass...so i said k lor...("dun eat den dun eat lor")...(how stubborn am i rite)den nvm..i dun eat chili but i ate "kfc"haha...but dey said i also cannot eat fried food...but i dun care lar...juz eat onli...hee...cuz i tot eat fried food shoulnt have any prob mah...so i eat lor...happily eating kfc wif sharon...
was serving patient half way for billing when doing closing...suddenly my gastric start to pain...its getting more n more pain...so i tried to serve finish my patient n quickly went to eat my pain killer...so i ate my medicine lor...i tot it will stop my pain...but it didnt...i still getting e pain...its reali very painful lor...so i go n take my pain killer again...its still doesnt help...omg!its so xin ku...luckily i can go back home already...
so i quickly take cab home after work...
went back home n i told my mummy said tat i need to eat dinner cuz gastric is pain...she scolded me n said izzit i didnt take my medicine i...and i told her afternoon i was eating kfc...she scolded me like hell...("but i did eat mac last few days but not pain lei...why eat kfc jiu hui tong"haiz...i'm so sway lor...") i eat my medicine first den i go take a rest till my parent brought me dinner back...
my pain not so painful already when i get some rest...eat finish my dinner n i eat my medicine too...due to e pain i slept quite early...i have my lesson already...next time i dun eat kfc liao...i'm so stubborn rite...haiz...my mummy attitude towards me have change alot...when my mummy noe tat i have stomuch ulcer...she called me yesterday to ask me rem to eat my medicine when i was watching dey r match half way...i'm so happy tat she concern me...
okay...another thing i need to say is...keat hong lost to whye nam leh...so wasted lar...e match shouldnt lose to whye nam wan de man...shit...i so xin tong sia...shuai ge(rong lie) fall down n hurt his shoulder...there is alot of blood lor..."stupid no.9"make him fall down...my shuai ge(ronglie) yesterday nv perform well enough...sad lar...haiz...tot dey can win e match wan de...still play over time some more sia...den yesterday mingxiang nv put hongming(kor),michael(mr wong) n des...think becuz tat dey going to hongkong todae tats why mingxiang dun dare to put them play scare dey injure ba...e score is 64:70.dey will play 3rd n 4th against chong yi again...
todae dey r flight is at 9am...dey already fly to hongkong liao...wish them gd luck...hope dey dun get injure...buy something for me ar...i wan dophin! dophin!hee...(u noe who u r...bleah!)

last few days meet bestie pei for dinner...so happy to have dinner wif her...cuz long time nv meet her for dinner juz 2 of us onli...hee...usually her bf derek will be wif us...but luckily bestie pei told her tat we long time nv 2 of us eat dinner together already tats y he didnt follow...haha...we went to eat sushi at amk central...reached there abt 8pm like tat...(we was chit chatting e whole eating session...haha...gossip here n there lor...(noe gals rite...once meet liao...can tok e whole time without failed...haha)den we eat till 9pm den we jiu went back le...she acc me to walk to my hse bus stop...happy to see her on wed...hee...
she so concentrate looking for her sushi...haha...was taken when she nv notice me...

yeah...dec already...time flies reali fast lor...going to 2009 liao...looking forward on 19.12.08.e first thing i wan to buy is my lg ks360.i have waited for so long already...at last i can buy liao le...
i'm so happy cuz my hair getting longer n longer already...thanks for e rebonding...hee...frm now onwards i swear i wont cut my hair short again..cuz i wan to grow long my hair...haha...and one more thing...i going to learn dancing...haha..going to oschool to learn reggae...haha...yeah!
jan i will be going to tender resign letter liao...cuz i dun wan to work tan tock seng anymore already...e managment in my clinic r not gd lor...cuz we changing a new sister...after i have quit e job...den i will be going to be "ah sia" liao...haha...was thinking to rest 1 mth den go back to work...my shuai ge(ronglie)also wanna quit his job too...we both going to be ah sia together...haha...
shuai ge(ronglie) de keat hong semi final is on dis sat against whye nam...i think dey confirm will win wan de lor...haha...hopfully my shuai ge(ronglie)can perform very well...hee...
den hongming(kor) n micheal(mr wong) dey going to hongkong on sun already...represent national team to go there for tournament...all e best to them...hopfully dey can play well...

wow...going to mon liao...so fast lor...haiz...todae frisbee i was played till quite badly...dunno y also...maybe i still not familar yet ba...todae we playing 2 matches...1st match we have lost but 2nd match we won...so happy tat dey won lor...i was not plying for 2nd match cuz i rushing to my ah ma hse...my 1st match start at 1pm lor...afternoon weather is super hot lor...was played till 3plus like tat sia...can u imagine how hot is e weather frm 1 to 3pm...oh gosh!!!my face is like been burn by e sun like tat lor...hopefully i dun get sun burn...if not my face sure peel like shit wan de...haiz...
how to cure stomach ulcer asap?i'm sick n tired of dis cannot eat tat cannot eat lor...haiz...super moody rite now...argh!!!guys out there...pls dun skipped ur meal or eat too much of chili...if not u will be like me...dun make urself suffer...having stomach ulcer reali not a gd joke to make fun wif...cuz it takes alot of time to heal...provided u muz eat medicine regularly n eat proper meals...dun try dis n harm ur own body...if not u r e one who suffer not anyone else..so pls tke care of ur own body k...dun learn e footstep frm me...

hey...back to update my blog already...dis whole wk having mc...i having very bad flu frm wed till now...some more add another coughing todae...dis morning having a slight fever...but when i ate medicine den i felt better...haiz...after e scope i'm like a sick person lor...been resting at home dis few days...but did went to my grandma hse yesterday to have dinner...miss her cooking...so i went to her hse for dinner shun bian visit her...hee...heard wiinie said tat todae got 8 staffs taking mc...sis wanna cut bonus for those staffs who took mc...think its including me lor...but if she reali wanna cut mine also no choice...i'm reali sick...but wat to do...haiz...cannot blame me...
and one more thing...all who received my msg or bulletins frm my frenster in last few days...pls ignore it...cuz i'm not e one who send it...think somebody got my password and anyhow send to pple...but do not worry...i have change my pasword already...
yeah...its a long weekend liao...tue will be back to work already...yeapie!!

haiz...i'm super sianz lor...when i noe tat i have stomach ulcer...i was like totally cannot accept e realitly...dis cannot eat tat cannot eat...onli can eat vegetable n those light food...argh...last time when i going out wif frenz...i no need to think wat to eat...cuz i can eat watever food i wan...but rite now,i onli can eat those healthy food n light food...chili is my fav...last time i can eat everyday n everytime...but rite now,cant even eat a little bit of chili...
to me...without chili is like without wearing any clothes like tat...chili is part of my life...haiz...i juz muz accept e fact...wat had happen already happen liao...there is nth much i can do...think till when i recover den say ba...but by den i think i already dun eat chili already...cuz it takes some times to recover...muz eat medicine regularly...i juz think i' m like a sick person like tat...muz eat medicine everyday...*hey guys...think dis few days u all will see me moody...juz bear wif it first k?i need some times to accept e facts...sorry abt tat...

back to update for my todae scope...early in e morning my bestie pei called me to tell her tat after e scope asked me to called her to let her noe e result when i finish my scope...my mummy also did called me yesterday to asked me to tell her e result after my scope too...
i juz came back not long for my scope..my scope is at 1030am...i was late cuz couldnt hired a cab...so in e end i called n booked e cab...i called the staff n i told her i will be late cuz couldnt hire a cab...abt 11am i reached there....went to e registration counter to register...i tot everything will end very fast....but the staff told me have to take abt 2hr of whole procedues...
when its my turn to do e scope rite is abt 12plus liao...e more it near e scope room e more i felt nervous...doc asked me to decide whether wanna put me to slp or juz do without seductive...so i told him i think its better to put me to slp cuz i dun wan to see how dey do it...so dey put me to slp...
dey spray something to my mouth to make my throat numb...den after awhile dey inject me and dey put me to slp...i totally cannot rem how i get to slp...e onli thing i rem is when dey inject after awhile...my vision is abit blurr den after tat when i woke up i already in e ward liao..
i was feeling abit seh when i woke up...luckily foo was there to acc me...he helped me to collect my medication...e staff told me tat alot of food i cannot eat...like fast food,spicy stuff food also cannot eat...muz avoid those pple who smoking...and cannot drink alcahol too...so next time i go clubbing i cannot drink too much liao...e onli food tat i can eat is porridge...those light food stuff den i can eat...
wah sehz lor...like tat i'm sure lost alot of weight wan de lor...dis cannot eat tat cannot eat...now i'm already 55kg liao le...dunno will lost how many kg sia...sianz man...haiz!
*n last but not least...actually its not a gd news to me lar...cuz i having stomach ulcer...super moody rite now...
