Finally i have get dis minnie mouse instant flim already...love it to the max!im going to use it on thurs for our short jb makan trip.hee...
Ytd while ah bi having his ntu training,as usual i went for jogging n gym.slightly better for the first time i exercise.hopefully i can maintain it.next wk ah bi training im going to do it again cuz dis wk the training is onli once as wed the hall nv open due to national day on thurs.so training continue on mon.

And tdy ah bi got bbaxn match @ acs baker against the distillers.he have been playing ball for dis past 3 days already,dunno whether his knee can take it anot..hopefully he can manage it.
